  7. For me, Compassion for myself was the crux of the matter. What would we do and say to Someone Else who was experiencing what we are? I am not sure I would still be alive now if I didn't provide that for myself. It made a Big Difference, when nothing else came close. Be good and Kind to yourself, please, Doctor.
