  3. You are so very right, Doctor. The caffeine has effects that we aren't aware of, until we stop the coffee, etc. It's hard to explain. When I realized that, it was a real eye opener. I resolved that very soon I will stop the caffeine. I know you can't do it cold turkey unless you have weeks to recover.
