  2. C_B... Well I'm the opposite. I'm 65 and haven't eaten meat since I was 7 yrs old. (my own enlightened choice). Been vegan about 7 years. Very healthy for my age... Normal blood pressure, not diabetic, normal cholesterol levels. Normal weight. My GPS were always amazed when I went for my usual MOT because I was always so healthy. Still am apart from osteoarthritis in my spine, caused by standing hairdressing for 49 years and walking plenty. The only medication I take are paracetamol for my back. I'm living proof we don't need meat or dairy to be healthy.
