  1. As African and concerning Africa's relationships with Russia, i will say let's try the Russians on this issue of instability. France wasn't deliverying results with these insurgencies. The same thing can be said to UK & USA militaries. African insurgency problem with radicals western Africa requires an aggressive military force and Russia seems to be doing a good job in Syria. I say will take our chances with Russia for now.
