@justagamer9656 Problem is you are labeling somebody making a good point by calling his actions as spamming. Prove that he is spamming.

@justagamer9656 Maybe he is trying to emphasize his point by repeating himself in other comments. Maybe those other comments are also talking about the same issue here. Why do you want him to constantly paraphrase his words, when he can use the same words to reply to another similar comment?

Here is another logic: They can't do it in the sea because there are US and allied naval vessels in the south China sea right now. You don't want your enemies to see what you're doing and prepare for it.
