  1. After nearly four years of watching the Garland-led DOJ spin its wheels in terms of any Trump prosecution, I surmise the "strategy here" is ... Garland is the wrong guy for the job. Sits on his hands for 2½ years, then hires Smith to help him ... sit on his hands. Don't expect the Feds to aggressively pursue Trump while Garland remains AG.
