In a Hanoi hotel lobby once waiting on a delivery when I overheard an elderly American talking to the hotel's concierge about an overnight trip on a vessel in Halong Bay. The ship had four decks. "What? No elevator?," says the American, "That CAN'T be ADA Compliant!" I live in the State of New Mexico. I'm always pleased when people assume that means I live in Mexico!
