  2. Well, let's see it this way. It feels different in your car or room when you cool down or heat up the internal temp to +21°C. Also, +10°C in the fall and in spring is totally two different stories. In winter +17°C at home is pretty damn cold, while in summer it is not that bad. And finally +6°C feels colder than -6°C (different humidity). Conductor is the same. How would you xplain that?
