It's not because she's black. It's because Biden has admitted beforehand she was picked because she's a black woman. And now it's also because it's clear she cannot rule on any law that uses the word woman. She is unfit. Not because she's black, not because she's a woman, not even by how she was picked (based on color and gender before anything else), but by what she has shown. @xxpootyxx Irrelevant is not the correct word. It's very bad. Bad for the quality of the Supreme Court and legitimacy of it, as well as the process of appointment. Also bad for her because she will always be a diversity hide, regardless of whether or not she has qualifications. Mind you, any qualifications go out the window when you can't define woman.
