Yup, either the productivity/flexibility of the average woman is lower, or there is no pay gap. If women did the same as men and got paid less I'd just hire only women and make more money as a business. But you don't see that happening anywhere. Because that is not reality.

@laneatkinson6441 There would be examples to name then. Companies that hire only or mostly women and are very competitive. Or female run companies with only or mostly women. Name some. With so many people throughout the Western world proclaiming this surely you can name some, right? Shouldn't be much to ask. You can only ignore reality for so long. And you can expect other people to ignore reality only for so long.

Your point being? What % of the UK is white? And where are the concentrations of those populations? Eg in the US they have 13% or so black people, and 1/9 of their supreme court is black, which is 11%. Not enough though, they want more. In which case they'll be heavily over represented at 22%+.

@Rajiv-d8x You can expect other people to cover for what nature has done only so much. If you still have your mind you also still have opportunities to "make it big" as an entrepreneur if you have good ideas/initiative/originality.

@Rajiv-d8x Where do you live? In the UK? Because the UK school system should be plenty to fix that IQ, even with the woke gar bage it's infested with. Anyway, you're not exactly arguing in favor of yourself here. Again, I'm not against helping people who have been dealt a bad hand either by nature or human factors but there is a limit of course.
