Would it benefit Russia to waste a million dollar missile that achieved no military purpose, piss off civilians (which they hope would be citizens of Russia one day) and only makes Russia look bad? Would it benefit Ukraine, to hit civilian target while Blinken is in the country, blame Russia, and use the incident as an example of "Russian savagery". Then proceed to beg for billions of dollars? I know you are working with less than a gram of brain matter, and it's genuinely hard for you, but even you should be able to figure it out.

  10. ​ @stevenmartin8828 what it had shown is that Putin stupidly went in with only 125k troops in against 600k Ukrainians, then waited for six months before taking up. If he had gone in with 500k initially, it would have been over in less than two months.
