  2. Oh believe me, this was an actual target. Zelenskyy found out yesterday his funding is drying up, needed a PR stunt to get attention back on ukrane. Don't forget, when Blinken arrived in Ukraine few weeks ago, another market was hit, just before Zelenskyy started begging for money. A week later NYT conference the market was hit by ukrane "on accident"..
