  1. ​ @kendehl that's what Singapore does, the salary is over $4 million a year because they consider it a CEO position. They also require 1. Mental evaluation 2. Good character (i.e. no issues with taxes, or improperly filed expenses 3. Having being a CEO of a company with $500+ million in n revenue, it has a Minister ir Chief positions withing the government. Basically no American President in n the last 100 years works qualify.
