It's not a war crime to hit such building, even if civilians are present. IT IS a war crime to hopd military meeting among civilians - is called using civilian human shields. Ukraine is the one responsible for any and all civilian deaths there.

The F16 are about as successful as the previous "gamechanger" - Abrams tank, which Zelenskyy declared unsuitable for modern warfare, which are now being used as artillery pieces 😂😂
