@rickriner in all for it, isolate all the drug addicts from society somewhere in AZ desert, and let them have all the drugs they want, just don't expect the society to provide food or shelter for them. Don't tell the society they shouldn't regulate what people put in their bodies, but then demand social programs to feed these bums or alternatively deal with drug addicts stealing.
