ICC wanted to investigate war crimes in Iraq by the US forces. The US threatened to invade the Netherlands if ICC ever detained any American war criminals. 5. Speaking of weapons of mass destruction - when is the US going to finish destroying it's stockpiles of chemical weapons as required by the Chemical Weapons Convention.. 6. A state that refuses to destroy its weapons of mass destruction (The US) has no moral or legal authority to invade a state that did. 7. Therefore, objectively, the US is the terrorist state here, not Iraq 8. So when are the terrorists who ordered the illegal invasion and slaughter if civilians are going to be held accountable?
