  16.  @DerDop  well, let me help you remember a lil better - Russia wasn't fighting bunch of barely armed cavemen in Afghanistan, there were fighting American/Pakistan backed international groups of terrorists equipped with tons of western equipment like MANPADS, ATGMs.... Second of all - Russia won, installed pro-Soviet government, built hundreds of schools and hospitals, trained Afghan forces and WITHDREW. You know, like took all their equipment with them... After Russia left the pro-Soviet government lasted three years before falling. The US literally ran away abandoning $85 billion in equipment and betraying their collaborators who they got executed by Taliban... So, yeah, not quite the same thing..

  23. Cost. Considering NK low wages, and their need for hard currency like Yuan, Russia is probably getting these missiles at much lower price than buying Iskanders from privatized Russian MIC. They might be getting these for $200k a piece, and swapping in Russian flight controls.

So what's the point of having a Navy of they can't use it to start with. And surely nobody is stupid enough to think that Russia can reach Odessa via land at this point. Not happening. Thanks Shoigu, you effed everyone up beyond belief.

  32. ​ @halyn1986 umm, where did Ukraine win in actual battle? Russia just withdrew from Kiev after Zelenskyy begged and agreed to negotiate Donbass. Russia left Kherson because they care about their troops and didn't want them isolated if Ukraine blew up the damn, which they did. Russia did eff up badly in (I think it's called) Lyman, when they left it unprotected. But in every location where actual battles went on Russia won - Mariupol, Melitopol, Bakhmut, Sevorodonesk etc.
