  1. What capability? They got nukes, and they go to space... Their Soyuz capsules have had capability to automatically arrive to right location in space and dock with space stations for 60 years now (the US got that capability in 2017 with Space X)... What piece of technology do they not have that's needed for this?

  2. For those who don't know - in 2015 there was a UN GA resolution against placing weapons in space. Only three countries voted against - the US, the Ukrane and Georgia. Why is the US upset now? That's what you wanted isn't it?
