  2.  @JohnWick-lk9xq  yes, because at the time Brits still had global power and going against them was meaningless, you'd just get invaded. But once Britain becomedv weakened after WWII Venezuela challenged the fake prior ruling, and Guyana and Britain both agreed to Geneva agreement.

Venezuela has been pushing for it to be resolved while Britain/Guyana stalled the negotiations while settling the region. The time is up. Venezuela is done waiting, they are processing exactly on what was agreed on in the Geneva Agreement and asking the UN to arbitrate.
