It's the 'mericunts that love triggering air sirens, waiting until people fill up bomb shelters, then attack bomb shelters with bunker busting bombs. Weddings. Funerals. Absolute terrorist tactics. Then when ICC wanted to investigate 'mericunt war crimes - sanctioned ICC, and threatened to invade the Netherlands if one of the criminals was ever bright there.
