There is a total of 9800 of civilians killed in ukrane in 2 years. So who's really targeting civilians? Can you name one instance of Russia attacking a civilian target killing hundreds of people, like the way you did in Baghdad blowing up a bomb shelter that you knew were full of innocent people, killing over 400?
