  1. Did anyone else notice that in "dictatorial" Russia cops aren't using tear gas and rubber bullets on civilians as is done in "democratic" West? And cops aren't driving over people with their cars, it stomping them with horses like the American police. They aren't throwing live grenades at groups like they did in France. These "dictators" are getting too soft, they need to learn some "democratic" tactics.
