A train will run you $50 million MINIMUM. then even if it's was carrying just some cheap ass artillery rounds it will be tens of millions of dollars. Could be hundreds. And no dumdum, S400 launcher doesnt cost $200 million. Learn the difference between a battery and a single launcher. The launcher costs about $18 million...
