@lf6756 bozo. Learn your history - in 10 years Russia took control, built hundreds of schools and hospitals, trained Afghan military, set up a secular pro-Soviet government and WITHDREW. The government lasted 3 years before finally falling to American hero/terrorist Bin Laden. That's a bit different from running away soiling yourself, abandoning almost hundred billion in equipment and all your collaborators to be whacked by taking... Don't try comparing the two.
