Ukrane has 6 admirals, and the largest "ships" at this point are the 26 foot inflatable semi-rigid boats .. I would love to watch ukrainian navy parade - fearsome generals on their inflatables while their sailors are sternly rowing the boats. 😂😂😂

The problem with India is they are trying to stay neutral... And play pretend democracy to appease the tyrannical West. They need to step out up and take charge of their country like the Chinese have. Have a specific mission goal that's entirely in the interest of India, not their old masters.
