  1. ​ @constructiongabay4609 ask people who actually lived/worked in both countries. Ukrane is 5x more corrupt.... I got a ukrainian relative who hates Russia but admits that for an average citizen to get anythingb done in the Ukraine one needs to bribe officials. Not the case in Russia..
