@holdencross5904 why don't you "offload" your current car to your neighbor and claim it doesn't cost you anything because you will be buying a new car anyways. I don't know if you are 10 or just slow-witted to think it doesn't costs anything. Why does this need to be approved by Congress for funding then? Why doesn't the military just give away this stuff, they got the new stuff coming anyways.... Oh you mean that we are giving away perfectly functional equipment that the military will spend hundreds of billions dollars on to replace..
