@jerryoftheriver that's funny, because one guy ruled Montenegro (a neutral country at the time) for a decade, and the US became "seriously" concerned with democracy there. Then Montenegro applied for NATO membership and the guy went on ruling for another 17 years without single peep from the US... Are we still pretending the US cares about democracy? Or sovereignty? The US wants countries to be American puppets, not to be independent..
