  2. What part of over 400 ships sailing out did you miss? So Russia obviously was honoring the deal. Maybe the ukrane shouldn't have been smuggling the explosives out of they wanted to continue shipping grain.

Remember when the Soviet Union "lost" in Afghanistan it left a functioning government and an army that stood for three years, despite Taliban being backed by NATO terrorists at that time.... This time the US spent 20 years and three trillion dollars to train an army that fell to Taliban (which isn't backed by anyone now) before the American forces even left?
