Simplifying complex things is brilliant engineering, the Germans do the exact opposite resulting in poor reliability and difficult and expensive repairs.

Looking in the future High European wages, plus expensive gas vs cheap Asian wages and cheap Russian gas ... How do you think Europe will do. Uniper, BASF and other giants are already shutting down production of certain chemicals and plastics because they can't compete. Asia will be the biggest beneficiary, Russia will benefit by not having to deal with European idiots, and Europe is going to suffer.
