Toyota doing good job by applying Kaizen to vehicles. Where Toyota failing to apply Kaizen are dealerships. Dealership changed windshield on my car and they didn't calibrate TSS camera. When I tried to use cruise control my car pulled right. After that I visited dealership and I got excuses and appointment. I also asked for oil change. When I came to pickup my car, I found dirty car with service seats cover in it. I complained again, and got free car cleaning. Point is, why things need to happen on first place. Thank you AMD. I would like to see more technicians at dealerships as you are.
