  1. I like the new young man. I think he shows a great deal of empathy and he is very likable. It seems more like a family unit now getting the information from the guests to solve the issues. The young man is right shows like this show that people are hurting where most people wouldn't realize they are being hurtful. The woman with the divorced parents and the girl with trouble growing hair are two examples. The public sees such people and change their behavior.
