@PepeLePewQTPie surely the lower 99% are not all unhappy. Plenty of people are working jobs in Korea that did not attend SNU. Her parents are employed or they would have no money for lessons and she was just average. The child is asking to study smarter and have dinner before 10pm. She should be asleep by 10pm. Is science not a thing in South Korea? If her parents stay the course I hope she has nothing to do with them as an adult. Her mother is not obeying her parents. Why should she obey these people?

I hope this child is alive and well. I also hope she never speaks to her parents after she moves out if they continued to torment her after this show.

If her parents won’t listen to her verbally telling them she is miserable she will have to start showing them how miserable she is. Will this mother be happy if she simply starts to fail every test or ends her life? I think of all the children lost on the ferry. How many parents wish they had their children back? I bet many wished they didn’t spend so little time with their kids due to all the extra classes. Mom should take the piano herself if she thinks so highly of piano. Have her take singing or put her in a choir and end the instruments. She is still around music.
