  1. Kids get nose bleeds and kids throw up. In real life the issue would have been known and disclosed. In a real life situation the parents would have met often with the child first for an older kid adoption. Both parents would ave been more comfortable with the child once home than this story. At least in the US. At the end they even said a medical issue can’t dissolve an adoption. It was a shame the gram was so good about the adoption. I didn’t expect that. Was proud of her in fact. It not uncommon for husband and wife to be at different places about starting a family. The things the mom did to encourage bonding worked. Happy ending.
