  3. You are all missing the point and drive of first responders, police and firefighters and EMT’s. They will run into a building on fire to save a bedridden hospice patient. They may have to fire their weapon to stop a perpetrator but a second later they will attempt to stop the bleeding and start chest compressions on the person until EMT’s get there and take over. Everyone deserves to have aid come to them. They react to do what they can to save. He wished to be an organ donor. He told his family and that is what the family permitted and supported.
