@Jake Johansson goodness you are upset. It was in an earlier video. If it were in the house they would be excessively taxed. It’s also the reason for the size of the structure.

@Jake Johansson perhaps it’s the language barrier? If it were a year round house it would be taxed differently. If they built it with the features of a year round house they would be taxed differently.
