  2. What does universal healthcare have to do with credit card spending? Because other countries that use single payer for all the gov limits what the expeses can be. We are capitalist and don’t regulate expenses except for what the gov pays for Tricare, Medicaid plans. That is part why everyone else pays more and more small practices close leaving people to have to use the large health systems that cost more. Our 10 year pediatrician closed down because our state was 2 years behind paying for the kids on the state plan. There was a 6 month deficit when we started in 2007. In ten years that exploded to 2 years behind.
