Winterizing means closing up her spare property for the winter since she won’t be using it. How incredibly green of her to have multiple properties in multiple places... tons of square feet. Another article said it was to prepare the house for sale. I highly doubt she had her parents helping with such things. Also saying how important it was for everyone to see everyone. Duh! That is what we are all saying. If she is selling it she will make a ton. The properties there are quite expensive.
