  1. I’m in the Chicago area and my property taxes are 9K a year. My house is in the 300K range. I’m quite worried cause it hit 9K in the 200K range. If not for the property taxes if my house were in a red state I would be paying 5K or less for a 300K house, my house would be worth 500K.  @moreanita8
