  1. Sejong built a long time ago. They didn’t move the capital but did move some offices there. So some couples live separately because of it. But Sejong has everything. And a big scandal over gov money given to employees to move there and a real estate scandal.

  2. But homes there have really jumped in value. There are now more than 500K, maybe more there.

  3. No apartment costs 8.5K a month. Everyone is trying to live in Seoul. No one is marrying until 32 and starting a family at 33 is not logical.
