  1. Those companies are terrified of a single fact. That employees figure out that THEY have the power, and NOT those at the top. Do not work for companies that provide abysmal working conditions, and those companies will simply perish.

  2. The trouble with the trickle down economics which is supposed to drive capitalism, is that the trickle down mechanism is poorly understood by those at the top. They think all money should trickle down into their own pockets...
