I suppose it's par for the course when you have a statue of a paedophile and someone who engaged in Bestiality in prominence standing on your building. A tragedy? Huw himself? Yeah he is tragic, certainly NOT a National Treasure! And what about the other young victims? Maybe not criminal but certainly immoral.
