  1. They are starting to price diesels off the road. My 1997 Land Rover Defender tax now costs me £325 pa!! I remember when I used to pay £25 pa. Now the road tax is more than my insurance. An absolute DISGRACE! They will find more ingenious ways of kicking us where it hurts. There is NO climate crisis. Just a tax crisis.
