  6.  iscadean3607  Having been a truck mechanic for 25 years of my first employments, I never heard of any ICE vehicle spontaneously combusting. They can rarely catch fire but if they did that would be due to electrical faults or arson and even more rarely - collisions. I have had diesel and petrol boiling on hot manifolds with no combustion and diesel is the safest fuel there is. There are billions of ICE vehicles compared to a small amount of EVs so you are being statistically manipulated mate.

  8.  iscadean  EVs ARE fine until they have a problem like catching fire, battery damage. insurance costs and repair costs, banned from parking lots and ferries, (which will expand) end of subsidies, power cuts etc, etc. It's the agenda you don't understand and this tech is not for your convenience either. No, there are no tailpipe emissions but you are forgetting the pollutants created when making the batteries and the devastation to eco systems, the (very expensive) lack of recycling (which is a fact) and the child slave labour. "Hell will freeze over before my EV catches fire" I bet that guy on here said that too, but it happened didn't it? Why should yours be any different? I'll leave you to your cognitive dissonance.

  12. I wonder how many of these people who have had these fires have in the past ever poo-pooed those of us who try to tell them? Would they ever buy another? Would their friends and relations ditch their EVs or even consider buying one? But with the mental capacity of EVangelist, maybe they would.
