  3. The suspect for this crime was Starmer. Everything he said was perfectly true. I was policing the miners' dispute and yes that did happen. Swearing and shouting at the police isn't a crime. Most of it happened on private premises btw. We had to be very discriminatory as to who we arrested because the charge rooms couldn't cope otherwise.

  9. The police will usually knock on your door first unless it's a very serious offence whereby evidence or property could be destroyed. But yes, never talk to them. If they have the evidence they wil arrest you immediately.

Now, if we are at war with another country and have so many from all over, will all those who may have sympathy to their home country be put into internment as in WW2??   24.  @stevid8193  Yes they do need a warrant to search for property or a power of entry to arrest a suspect related to s18 or s32. Why else would police want to enter except to save life? As I said, but in all cases police must always have reasonable cause. I am aware there are other statutes but they still need reasonable cause in ALL cases.

  42. We never actually had 'Stop and Search' per se. The act was what they called the 'Sus Law' Suspected Persons which came under the Vagrancy Act 1824, which they said was being abused and that's why they disbanded the SPG which were a very good deterrent to criminal behaviour. I was on the next group which took over which had various names like IRU, DSU and later TSG. We still managed to get around it though, but with risk to ourselves using what we called the 'Ways and Means Act' Then we had all those riots which virtually put an end to it.

  49. I am a retired Met police officer (1979 - 2009) and I am not only ashamed, I am embarrassed and incredulous at what police have become. No longer is there policing by consent. they are at war with the general public like the Starer regime is. Even inspectors don't kniow the law anymore. I hate Marmite and I also hate Starmer and also I hate what my country has become. Btw police unforms range from scruffy and unkempt to incorrect dress and sloppy. Tyrants do not create tyranny your obedience does.
