Couldn't have been an an EV because they are extremely safe and effective. Mmmm what does that remind us of? There were never any fires like this until they brought out EVs. So in conclusion .......

@stuartodell2828 So they say. ICE vehicles do not spontaneously combust. I was a diesel mechanic for over 15 years and never had one combust or even heard of one. I have even had petrol and diesel boiling on manifolds. Car fires caused by electrical faults don't cause fierce blazes like those. Diesel is extremely hard to ignite even with a match. There's a cover up because they are pushing NZ.

@stuartodell2828 They are not facts until we know the truth. If they weren't pushing NZ and there was so much riding on it then it would be more believable. Why are ferries banning them, insurance companies refusing cover, scrap yards and insurance pounds stipulating 15 metres clear area s around them etc etc? The videos of the blazes were not diesel fires or normal car fires - fact.

@stuartodell2828 Any vehicle can catch fire but ICE vehicles rarely do. Fact. Land Rover make hybrid Range rovers and have since 2014. This is what cause the Luton fire. ICE vehicles do not spontaneously combust but EVs can.
