  5. I had no problem with my expired MOT with my insurance company (NFU) after a prang. They just reduced the payout accordingly. So long as you book your vehicle in I am sure there will be no problem with police. I would just continue to drive and deal with anything as it arises after all it's not your fault is it? So as long as your car is not in a dangerous condition no worries.
