  1. I had a very odd experience back in around 2017 when I lived in Dorset. It was around 2-3 am and there was a lightning storm. A few clouds. constant lighting with little sound and it was amazing. I looked across to my left which was due South and the whole sky was lit up. It was like a very bright city reflecting up into the sky. The strange thing was , there were no towns at all to the South of me and the nearest would have been Guernsey or Cherbourg or St Malo, France. It remained like that for an hour or so. What my question would be is who had a bright light over them at that time? I contacted a astronomical website and I explained what I had seen n detail but was immediately banned. Very strange.
