  2. But who would be at the top of the waiting list? Where I am now living in Surrey ALL new housing is top notch 4 - 5 bed Stock Broker type properties (with hardly any gardens space). Demolishing old bungalows and putting a small housing estate on the land - literally! An affordable house is only affordable to the first buyer.
