Many of the parking attendants in Hounslow when I went there were crpt. I know that for a fact after getting a few tickets unlawfully. I did object to one which was cancelled by the ombudsman but the attendant had commited a crime neverthless. Actually Housnslow used to be a nice town in the early 70s but it went to shite after then, and now I would never go anywhere near the place. Look at diesel ships and their emissions compared to cars and trucks. The difference is astronomical.
